The CVG team will be producing and releasing new videos every week. Each video will be posted to our new Youtube channel. The channel will go live August 28th. If you’d like to be notified when it’s up and running just text INSIDECVG to 29071. We’ll shoot you a text when the first videos go live!
If you’re wondering about our current Youtube channel, don’t worry. That channel isn’t going anywhere. Going forward we will now have 2 Youtube channels. Our original channel will still be updated, like always, with our free weekly workouts and our exercise demos. The new channel will be updated with behind the scenes videos.
FOLLOW THE JOURNEY
Our team is small but we all wear a lot of hats and do a lot of shit. We rarely stop to look around (we need to work on this) but when we occasionally do, we realize that CVG has come a very very long way over the last 6 years. It’s been an amazing journey and there’s so much more ahead. We know that many of you have been with us for a lot of that journey, and we know that many of you will be with us for all the exciting things ahead. So we’re going to do our best to carve out some time to capture our favorite things along the way to share with you.
Over time we hope to be able to share as much of the brand as we can. Some of our main focus will revolve around the different areas of CVG. Including the apparel, TTSL training, the podcast, the fb group, events and more.
THE GIRL GANG PHOTO SHOOT
We’ll be kicking off the new channel with 3 videos highlighting our most recent photo shoot. We’ve named this 3 part video “Girl Gang”. In Girl Gang we bring together a group of amazing women to take part in a few workouts, test out some potential upcoming apparel and have a photo shoot. You’ll likely recognize the, soon to be released, Paintball Leggings (going live August 23rd) along with some stuff you probably haven’t seen yet!
Overall it was an amazing experience that we can’t wait to do again. We’re so happy that we were able to capture it on video to share with our community.
