  1. I started listening to the podcast during the movement challenge of 2020. I have listened to every episode, some multiple times. I share it with my friends. I love the honesty and openness about the podcasts as well as all the great tips. Keep them coming!! Thanks!!

  2. I am excited to do my first movement challenge. I also enjoyed the podcasts about deadlift and squat form.

  3. Self-Sabotaging was sure to be #1 for so many! It is something not done intentionally and comes from generational curses, family traditions and our own stinking thinking. Once we are conscious of it, instead of living for others, under even our own unrealistic goals, we can freely live and are ok it’s making a mistake or missing a mark, knowing that we did our very best! Self-Sabotage is defeated in 2021!

Body Positivity also made the top list. Remember that EVERY BODY IS BEAUTIFUL, yes including yours! Love it, love on yourself and take care of you & your body! Rock it every chance you get!

OAN…ALL of the episodes were informational & on point!
